"Blue November", this was the motto of the lecture given to the employees of ACA Brasil employees working at the Port of Rio de Janeiro last November 11.

This activity had in its genesis to alert, sensitize and inform male employees to the lifestyle that they may have through the expression "Men also take care of themselves".

This type of initiative is in line with several studies conducted that warn about the fragile health of Brazilian men, the result of many bad eating habits. During the lecture, the main risk factors for cancer and the adoption of healthy lifestyle habits such as: regular exercise, maintaining proper weight, eating healthily, avoiding smoking and drinking alcoholic beverages were addressed.

At the end, a triptych with all the information about the lecture and a healthy treat was handed out.
